研究了国产BHM3碳纤维原材料性能,制备了BHM3碳纤维/环氧648复合材料单向板结构,并将国产 BHM3 碳纤维应用到卫星结构件中.结果表明,国产 BHM3 碳纤维原材料拉伸强度为3100MPa,拉伸模量为400GPa;BHM3碳纤维/环氧648复合材料制备过程中工艺性良好,力学性能稳定;BHM3碳纤维卫星结构件的质量良好,均能够满足要求.
研究瞭國產BHM3碳纖維原材料性能,製備瞭BHM3碳纖維/環氧648複閤材料單嚮闆結構,併將國產 BHM3 碳纖維應用到衛星結構件中.結果錶明,國產 BHM3 碳纖維原材料拉伸彊度為3100MPa,拉伸模量為400GPa;BHM3碳纖維/環氧648複閤材料製備過程中工藝性良好,力學性能穩定;BHM3碳纖維衛星結構件的質量良好,均能夠滿足要求.

Studied the performance of BHM3 carbon fiber, manufactured the unidirectional composites used BHM3 carbon fiber/epoxy 648, and applied the BHM3 carbon fiber in satellite structure. The results show that, the tensile strength of BHM3 carbon fiber is 3100MPa, and the tensile modulus is 400GPa. The manufacturability of BHM3 carbon fiber is well, and the mechanical properties are stability. The quality of the satellite structure is good, and can satisfy the requirements.
