目的了解海峡西岸福建地区高职生物制药技术人才需求和专业知识、专业技能要求,为专业教学改革和人才培养提供依据. 方法采用书面问卷、个别面谈、电话访谈、E-mail、网站查阅等方法 . 结果高职生物制药技术专业毕业生就业岗位可概括为药品、食品、保健品生产企业从事生产、管理、研发、质量控制及营销等工作,生物制药专业性和应用性强,人员紧缺. 结论生物制药技术专业教学改革和人才培养方案构建应以能力为本位,对职业岗位进行能力分解,并体现相关职业资格证书的要求,使学生毕业时确实具备相应的岗位能力.

OBJECTIVE To understand the talent needs,professional knowledge and professional techniques of biopharming in the west-strait Fujian economic zone so as to provide evidence for talent training.METHODS Re-search was carried with questionnaire,face to face interview,telephone interview,Email and reference from the web site.RESULTS Graduate employment opportunities of biopharming of higher vocational educatioin was for such as production,management,research,quality control and marketing of the drugs enterprises,food enterprises and Health-food Enterprises.The high skill talent needs was in shortage.CONCLUSION The teaching reform and the talent training plan of biopharming must take ability as standard and decompose ability of professional post,as well as em-body requirements of the related vocational qualification certificate in order to indeed make graduate obtain the corre-sponding post ability.
