结合当前我国大学毕业生的就业现状，分别针对本科生和高职生在就业、创业能力方面展开 SWOT 战略分析，探讨当前高等教育形态下的毕业生在就业、创业过程中存在的挑战及机遇，并探究相应的培养方略，着力构建当代社会形态下大学生毕业生更好的创业、就业前景。
結閤噹前我國大學畢業生的就業現狀，分彆針對本科生和高職生在就業、創業能力方麵展開 SWOT 戰略分析，探討噹前高等教育形態下的畢業生在就業、創業過程中存在的挑戰及機遇，併探究相應的培養方略，著力構建噹代社會形態下大學生畢業生更好的創業、就業前景。
결합당전아국대학필업생적취업현상，분별침대본과생화고직생재취업、창업능력방면전개 SWOT 전략분석，탐토당전고등교육형태하적필업생재취업、창업과정중존재적도전급궤우，병탐구상응적배양방략，착력구건당대사회형태하대학생필업생경호적창업、취업전경。
Challenges and opportunities respectively for undergraduates and higher vocational students in terms of employment and venture.To explore the current form of higher education graduates in employment and venture process launched with SWOT strategic analysis.According to the situation of employment for the graduates from colleges and universities in our country,we explore the corresponding strategy for cultivation,and strive to build a contemporary society graduates better entrepreneurship and employment prospects.
