长期以来，民族高校在师资队伍、办学条件、教学管理和校园文化等方面存在许多特殊性，因而忽视了民族高校思想政治理论课与高中思想政治课教育教学衔接，进而影响民族高校思想政治理论课教学实效性。为了提高民族高校思想政治理论课教育教学的针对性和实效性，实现高校思想政治理论课的教育教学目标，应高度重视民族高校思想政治理论课与高中思想政治课的教育教学衔接工作。

For a long period,because of the specificity in teaching Staff,conditions of school running,teaching management and campus culture of ethnic universities,the connection of Ideological and Political Theory course and senior political teaching in ethnic universities is neglected,even affect the effectiveness of Ideological and Political Theory Course teaching in Ethnic U-niversities.In order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of Ideological and Political Theory course teaching,achieve the goal of Ideological and Political Theory course in ethnic universities,high attention must be paid on the connection of Ideolog-ical and Political Theory course and senior political teaching in ethnic universities.
