酒精性心肌病（ ACM）是长期大量饮酒所致的一种特异的心肌病，其起病隐匿，通常发展至心力衰竭时才受到重视。 ACM的发病与心肌内一些组织、细胞及结构的变化有关，其发病机制涉及多方面，包括氧化应激、细胞凋亡、钙稳态失衡、神经内分泌系统失衡以及自噬等。该文总结相关文献探讨ACM的发病机制，以期为ACM的防治提供干预靶点。

Alcoholic cardiomyopathy ( ACM ) is a specific heart muscle disease caused by long-term heavy alcohol consumption.The disease has insidious onset and can only draw due attention when it already develops to heart failure.ACM′s onset is associated with the changes of tissues,cells and structure within myocardium.The pathogenesis of ACM involves many aspects including oxidative stress,apoptosis,calcium homeostasis imbalance,neuroendocrine system disorder and autophagy,etc.Here is to summarize the patho-genesis of ACM,in order to provide the intervention target for the prevention and treatment of ACM .
