目的 探试EphA2、E-cadherin表达与胃癌侵袭转移的相关性. 方法 选取2010年1月~2014年12月胃癌患者手术切除的癌组织标本55例,每个患者的手术标本均可分成三组:胃癌组、癌旁组、远癌组. 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测三组标本中EphA2及E-cadherin的表达情况. 结果 胃癌组EphA2的表达阳性率显著高于癌旁组、远癌组的表达率,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05 );胃癌组E-cadherin的阳性表达率显著低于癌旁组、远癌组的阳性表达率,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05 ). 结论 EphA2的高表达及E-cadherin的低表达与胃癌的发展及侵袭转移密切相关,并可以作为胃癌临床治疗的靶点.

목적 탐시EphA2、E-cadherin표체여위암침습전이적상관성. 방법 선취2010년1월~2014년12월위암환자수술절제적암조직표본55례,매개환자적수술표본균가분성삼조:위암조、암방조、원암조. 응용면역조직화학SP법검측삼조표본중EphA2급E-cadherin적표체정황. 결과 위암조EphA2적표체양성솔현저고우암방조、원암조적표체솔,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05 );위암조E-cadherin적양성표체솔현저저우암방조、원암조적양성표체솔,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05 ). 결론 EphA2적고표체급E-cadherin적저표체여위암적발전급침습전이밀절상관,병가이작위위암림상치료적파점.
Objective To explore the relationship between EphA2 and E-cadherin expressions and gastric cancer invasion and metastasis.Methods 55 cases of cancer tissue sample from the gastric cancer patients who treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2014 were obtained, and the samples from each patients were divided into gastric cancer group, paracancer group, and distal cancerous group.The expressions of EphA2 and E-cadherin in tissue sam-ples of three groups were tesed with immunohistochemistry SP method.Results The positive expression rate of EphA2 in gastric group was significantly higher than than in the paracancer group and distal cancerous group (P<0.05).The pos-itive expression rate ofE-cadherin in gastric group was significantly lower than than in the paracancer group and distal cancerous group (P<0.05).Conclusions The high expression of EphA2 and low expression of E-cadherin is closely related with the development and invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer, and this result can be used as a clinical gas-tric cancer treatment targets.
