分析了模压蜂窝纸板生产线成型单元中输送、送浆、成型、切割、刷洗的液压回路，并给出了液压原理图。采用PLC与触摸屏的电气控制系统代替原继电器控制系统。其中PLC为控制核心，主要控制液压电磁阀动作，检测压力和位移信号。最后不仅实现全自动化控制，又能满足手动操作的要求。

This paper analyzes the hydraulic circuit of conveying,molding,shaping,cutting and washing which in molding production line of honeycomb paperboard forming unit,and gives the principle picture of the hydraulic pressure.It uses PLC and touch screen electrical control system to replace the original relay control system.PLC as the control core,the main is control the hydraulic solenoid valve movement,test pressure and displacement signals.Final y,it not only realize ful automation control,and can satisfy the requirement of manual operation.
