目的 探讨对胆结石患者采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术与开腹手术治疗的临床护理效果. 方法 选取2013年7月~2014年7月收治的胆结石患者110例作为研究对象,分析其临床资料. 按照手术方式划分为两组,对照组50例采用开腹手术,观察组60例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,对比两组手术效果. 且所有患者均开展综合护理,探讨其效果. 结果 观察组手术时间为(36.2 ±5.6)min,术中出血量为(10.5 ±2.1)mL,术后住院时间为(4.0 ±1.1)天,明显低于对照组,对比差异明显( P<0.05). 结论 对于胆结石患者采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术效果更优,可明显减轻患者痛苦,且术后护理更加方便.

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open operation in patients with gallstones.Methods 110 patients with gallstones from July 2013 to July 2014 were selected as the research object, and retrospectively analyzed their clinical data.According to the operation method, 50 groups were divided into the control group, two cases were treated by open operation, and the observation group was performed with laparoscopic cholecystectomy for 60 cases, compared with the effect of two groups.And all the patients were carrying out comprehen-sive nursing, and the effect of it was discussed.Results In the observation group, the operation time was (36.2 ±5.6) min, intraoperative bleeding was (10.5 ±2.1)mL, postoperative hospitalization time (4.0 ±1.1+D) was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference significant ( P<0.05).Conclusions laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with gallstones is more excellent, and it can relieve the pain of patients.
