目的了解康复期精神分裂症患者的健康教育效果. 方法对2013年9月~2014年10月住院的康复期精神分裂症70例患者,随机分为甲组和乙组. 对甲组36例和乙组34例进行相同的治疗,并对甲组实施健康教育. 观察甲组和乙组的临床效果并对比. 结果甲组患者敌对性、焦虑抑郁、激惹性、缺乏活力和思维障碍评分明显低于乙组,生活质量高于乙组,治疗依从性优良率高于乙组,差异显著,有统计学意义( P<0.05 ). 结论精神分裂症患者的健康教育对提高生活质量和治疗依从性具有重要作用,有效减轻患者敌对性、焦虑抑郁、激惹性等,效果较好.

Objective To investigate the effect of health education on convalescent schizophrenics.Methods 70 convalescent schizophrenics who was in our hospital from October 2013 to June 2014 were divided into group A and group B randomly.Group A which has 36 cases and Group B which has 34 cases received the same treatment, and Group A re-ceived a health education.Comparing the clinical effect of Group A and Group B.Results Patients in Group A has sig-nificantly lower scores in hostility, anxiety, depression, irritability, lack of energy and thought disorder than those in Group B, and have better quality of life and treatment compliance rate than those in Group B, the differences are statisti-cally significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Health education plays an important role in improving the quality of life and treatment compliance of Schizophrenics,and has a good clinical effect in reducing hostility, anxiety, depression, irritabil-ity.
