数字网络时代,出版企业自建电商发行渠道有其必要性和风险性,因其较大的风险而使得各出版企业跃跃欲试而踌躇不前.选择网上电商自营的发行渠道,还是第三方电商发行渠道,抑或是自建电商发行渠道,各有利弊.以中南传媒集团为例,分析了其自建电商发行渠道的"SWOT"因素,重点探析了其风险性和可行性,指出其自建电商发行渠道的重要意义.

In the era of digital network, it's necessary but risky for the publishing enterprises to build their own distribution channels, so a lot of enterprises are still in hesitation. There are both advantages and disadvantages as to choosing from among the online distribution channels of electronic commercial dealers, the third party electronic commercial distribution channels, or self-established electronic commercial distribution channels. Taking China South Publishing & Media Group as a case study, this paper analyzes the "SWOT" factors of its self-established electronic commercial distribution channels, and especially discussed the necessity and risks of self-established electronic channels, and points out the significance.
