近年来,关于大学生情绪智能、创新动机与创新能力的研究已经成为教育、科研领域十分热门和前沿的课题. 然而,许多学者在这方面的研究均是独立进行,且相对局限于工商企业领域的群体,对大学生群体中进行创新动机、情绪智能、创新能力的研究涉及较少. 通过建立大学生创新动机、情绪智能及其交互作用对创新能力影响的研究模型,利用对湖南省7所不同类型高校的不同专业、不同年级的学生进行调研取得的数据,对该模型进行统计检验,得到以下结论:①情绪智能中"对自己情绪的评价和表达"、"评价和识别他人的情绪"以及"运用情绪自我激励的能力"三者对创新能力有正向影响,而"对自己情绪的监控"维度对创新能力影响不显著.②创新动机对创新能力有正向影响.③创新动机与情绪智能的交互作用对创新能力呈负向影响.

Researches on emotional intelligence, innovative motive and ability of college student have become popular in education and scientific research fields in recent years. Many scholars have studied the relationship between emotional intelligence and innovative ability, and how innovative motive influences innovative ability. However, the existing papers mainly focus on the areas of industrial and commercial enterprises, few of them aim at college students. This paper sets up a model of how the interaction between college students' innovative motive and emotional intelligence influence innovative ability. Statistics of students from different majors and grades test the model. The main findings of this paper are as follows:firstly, emotion's evaluation and expression of oneself, judge and identify the emotions of others, the self-motivation ability by emotions has positive influence on innovative ability, while there is no significant influence with monitoring of self-emotions. Secondly, innovative motive has positive influence on innovative ability. Thirdly, there is negative influence on interaction between innovative motive and emotional intelligence.
