远洋渔业是我国海洋渔业重点发展产业之一, 也是"海洋强国" 战略的落脚点之一. 从船队规模、 产量产值和国际地位三个角度描述我国远洋渔业发展现状后, 从资源、 技术、 人力等方面, 深入剖析了我国远洋渔业发展的主要制约因素, 进而提出了促进我国远洋渔业产业发展的对策建议.

The distant water fishery is one of the key industries of marine fishery. It is one of the ultimate goal of "maritime power" strategy. The paper describes the development status of the distant water fishery from three perspectives:the size of the fleet, output value and the international status. Then, from the aspects of resources, technology, human and others, the paper deeply analyzes the main restricting factors of the distant water fishery in China. In the end, it puts forward the countermeasures to accelerate the distant water fishery in China.
