针对矿山开采深度的增加对提升机矿井安全性能要求加大的问题,设计了一种基于S7-400H冗余PLC的提升机自控系统。该系统以S7-400H冗余系列PLC为核心,采用Profinet环网技术,优化提升机控制系统的工艺程序,完善其保护功能,实现提升机核心及总线的热冗余闭环控制,大大提高系统的稳定性和安全可靠性。
針對礦山開採深度的增加對提升機礦井安全性能要求加大的問題,設計瞭一種基于S7-400H冗餘PLC的提升機自控繫統。該繫統以S7-400H冗餘繫列PLC為覈心,採用Profinet環網技術,優化提升機控製繫統的工藝程序,完善其保護功能,實現提升機覈心及總線的熱冗餘閉環控製,大大提高繫統的穩定性和安全可靠性。

In view of the problem of the mining depth increased to improve the safety performance of the mine,an auto-matic control system based on S7-400H redundancy PLC is designed in this paper.The system uses S7-400H redundant series PLC as the core,and adopts PROFINET ring network technology to optimize the process of the control system,im-proves the protection function,realizes the thermal redundancy closed loop control of the core and bus,and greatly improve the stability and safety of the system.
