马氏体不锈钢14Cr17Ni2在轧制过程中产生了表面裂纹,通过对表面裂纹的分析,找出了导致钢材产生裂纹的主要原因. 钢中δ铁素体相的含量过高,使钢的塑性变差,在轧制变形过程开裂. 通过对14Cr17Ni2钢化学成分的优化和加热温度合理控制,进而减少钢中的δ铁素体含量,钢材表面质量得到明显改善.
