髓系抑制性细胞（ MDSCs）是一类具有未成熟性、异质性、可塑性的细胞群体，包括骨髓前体细胞和未成熟的骨髓细胞。在肿瘤、感染、创伤及自身免疫性疾病等病理状态下，MDSCs发生聚集并且活化，通过多种机制下调机体的免疫应答，发挥免疫抑制功能。研究者们正在研究各种克服MDSCs的方法，这样可以使抗肿瘤免疫和其他的免疫疗法得到更好的疗效。

Myeloid derived suppressor cells(MDSCs) are a kind of immature,heterogeneous,plastic col-ony of myeloid cells,which consist of myeloid progenitor cells and immature myeloid cells.MDSCs aggregate and activate in pathological conditions,such as cancer,infection,trauma and autoimmaune diseases.MDSCs play a role of immune suppression through a variety of mechanisms to down-regulate the immune response. Researchers are developing methods to overcome the negative effects of MDSCs,which will make anticancer immunotherapies and other immunotherapies more effective .
