针对水轮发电机推力支承系统传统设计方法无法精确计算系统内运行特性分布趋势及部件机械形变的问题,笔者以藏木水电站水轮发电机推力轴承为对象,阐述了发电机推力系统主要运行参数的解析计算方法,分析了推力支承部件机械分析有限元方法在推力头、镜板及推力瓦机械变形和油膜厚度等运行特性计算上的应用情况,结果表明,传统解析与有限元相结合的设计方法所得到的支承系统基本运行参数准确,且润滑油膜压力、温度、厚度的详细分布结果均能够满足现代电机设计中对推力支承系统运行特性的精确分析要求.

Aiming at the shortcoming of the traditional method of accurate calculation of operating characteristics for thrust system and deformation of structure parts, based on the studied of Zangmu hydro generator thrust bearing, the main parameters of thrust system were calculated by numerical method, and the operating characteristic inclu-ding deformation of collar, runner, thrust pad and oil film thickness was analyzed by means of the function of struc-tural finite element program. The result of calculation and analysis shows that the basic operation parameter of bear-ing system calculated by the design combining the traditional analysis and finite element method is accurate, with specific distribution of the pressure, temperature and thickness of oil film, can meet the requirement of accuracy a-nalysis of thrust bearing operating characteristics for modern machine design.
