目的：：研究普瑞巴林联合氨酚羟考酮片用于癌性疼痛治疗的疗效及安全性。方法：癌性疼痛患者44例随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组22例使用氨酚羟考酮片治疗，观察组22例采用普瑞巴林联合氨酚羟考酮片治疗。观察并比较2组患者的疗效及安全性。结果：2组患者在治疗后不同时间点视觉模拟评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01)，且观察组患者较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01)；观察组患者治疗21 d后的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者治疗中便秘和恶心呕吐不良反应均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：普瑞巴林联合氨酚羟考酮片治疗癌性疼痛效果显著，能提高患者的生活质量，并减少氨酚羟考酮片用量及不良反应。
목적：：연구보서파림연합안분간고동편용우암성동통치료적료효급안전성。방법：암성동통환자44례수궤균분위관찰조화대조조。대조조22례사용안분간고동편치료，관찰조22례채용보서파림연합안분간고동편치료。관찰병비교2조환자적료효급안전성。결과：2조환자재치료후불동시간점시각모의평분균교치료전현저하강(P<0.01)，차관찰조환자교대조조하강경현저(P<0.01)；관찰조환자치료21 d후적생활질량평분고우대조조(P<0.05)；관찰조환자치료중편비화악심구토불량반응균저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：보서파림연합안분간고동편치료암성동통효과현저，능제고환자적생활질량，병감소안분간고동편용량급불량반응。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of pregabalin combined with oxycodone and acetaminophen tablet in the treatment of cancer pain. Methods:Forty-four pafients with cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (22 cases)was simply given oxycodone and acetaminophen tablet. The treatment group(22 cases)was given pregabalin combined with oxycodone and acetaminophen tablet. The efficacy and safety were observed and compared. Results:The Visual Analogue Scales at different time points after treatment in two groups were decreased significantly than before treatment,and the decrease in the treatment group was more obviously than that in the control group(P<0. 01). The quality of life of patients with treating 21 d of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0. 05). The constipation and nausea and vomiting adverse reaction of the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusions:Combination of pregabalin and oxycodone and acetaminophen tablets can improve clinical analgesic effect in cancer patients, improve the quality of life and reduce its adverse reaction.
