在棉花留叶枝栽培条件下,采用裂区试验设计,以种植模式为主区、以喷施不同植物生长调节剂为副区,研究了不同种植模式(单行种植、双行种植)和喷施新型增铃剂(其中,喷施缩节胺为药剂对照处理,喷施清水为空白对照)对棉花生长发育及产量的影响。结果表明:喷施增铃剂处理的主茎功能叶片光合能力(叶绿素含量和净光合速率)、茎粗、各部位果枝节数和铃数、产量构成因素(总铃数、单铃重、百粒重、子指)、产量和纤维品质(衣分、绒长)均跃CK,株高、果枝数、主茎节间长度和果枝长度均约CK,其中,双行种植模式在增加果枝数、单铃重、总铃数以及下部果枝长度和中、上部果枝载铃量方面优于单行种植模式,且较单行种植增产效果显著。新型增铃剂抑制棉花营养生长、塑造有利株型、改善田间通风透光条件的作用与缩节胺相同,但增强叶片光合性能、减轻蕾铃脱落、改善棉纤维品质以及提高产量的效果优于缩节胺,可作为缩节胺的替代产品使用。

재면화류협지재배조건하,채용렬구시험설계,이충식모식위주구、이분시불동식물생장조절제위부구,연구료불동충식모식(단행충식、쌍행충식)화분시신형증령제(기중,분시축절알위약제대조처리,분시청수위공백대조)대면화생장발육급산량적영향。결과표명:분시증령제처리적주경공능협편광합능력(협록소함량화정광합속솔)、경조、각부위과지절수화령수、산량구성인소(총령수、단령중、백립중、자지)、산량화섬유품질(의분、융장)균약CK,주고、과지수、주경절간장도화과지장도균약CK,기중,쌍행충식모식재증가과지수、단령중、총령수이급하부과지장도화중、상부과지재령량방면우우단행충식모식,차교단행충식증산효과현저。신형증령제억제면화영양생장、소조유리주형、개선전간통풍투광조건적작용여축절알상동,단증강협편광합성능、감경뢰령탈락、개선면섬유품질이급제고산량적효과우우축절알,가작위축절알적체대산품사용。
In order to study the effects of the new mixed agent and planting pattern on growth and yield of cotton with leafy shoots . The experiment was split-plot designed in the fi eld grown condition with 2 planting patterns (single row planting and double row planting) as the main treatment and water,the new mixed agent and DPC as secondary treatment.The results showed that the photosynthetic capacity (chloro-phyll content and net photosynthetic rate) of main function leaf, stem diameter, node number of fruit branch, yield component factors (total boll number, single boll weight, 100 seed weight, seed index), yield and fiber quality (lint percentage,fiber length) of cotton sprayed new mixed agent were all higher than that of CK, the plant height, fruit branch number, internode length and fruit branch length were all lower than CK,the effects of double row planting pattern on increasing fruit branch number,single boll weight, total boll number, branch length in the lower, boll number in the middle and upper branches were all better th an that of single row planting pattern , and the difference of effect on in-creasing yield between them was significant.The new mixed agent inhibited the vegetative growth of cotton, shaped favorable plant type, improved ventilation and light transmission condition i n the field, but the effect on enhancing photosynthetic performance, reducing abscission and incr easing yield was better than that of DPC,it can be used as a DPC substitute product.
