为了解决火电厂脱硝喷氨自动调节系统普遍存在的震荡、跟踪慢、过调问题,阐述了脱硝喷氨自动调节系统脱硝原理,并以华电潍坊发电公司二期2 × 670 MW机组脱硝系统为例,分析了其调节异常的原因,设计了脱硝出口NOx 浓度调节方式,通过对脱硝喷氨自动调节系统和设备优化,解决了出口氮氧化物( NOx ) 浓度波动大、超标、氨逃逸升高等问题. 实践证明,采用脱硝出口NOx 浓度调节方式,不断优化脱硝喷氨自动调节系统,能够增强喷氨自动调节的稳定性,提高了脱硝系统的可靠性、连续性及经济性.

In order to solve the problems of ammonia flow automatic regulation of denitrification system in coal-fired power plant, including oscillation, slow tracking and over regulation, this paper expounded the working prin-ciple of ammonia flow automatic regulation of denitrification system, taking the denitrification system of the second-phase 2 × 670 MW unit in Huadian Weifang Power Generation Company as an example, analyzed the reasons for abnormal regulation, designs denitrification export NOx concentration regulation mode, and solved the problems of export NOx concentration, such as wide oscillation, over standard and increased escaped ammonia through the opti-mization of ammonia flow automatic regulation of denitrification system and equipment. The practice proved that denitrification export NOx concentration control was able to optimize ammonia flow automatic regulation of denitrifi-cation system, strengthen its stability and enhance its reliability, continuity and economy.
