本文介绍我院为提高教育教学质量,构建了基于教学团队的高校基层教学组织新模式。四年来,教学团队在学院专业建设、课程建设、师资队伍建设、教学改革、整体绩效的评价和激励机制建设以及大学生创新实践能力培养等各个方面取得丰硕的成果。
本文介紹我院為提高教育教學質量,構建瞭基于教學糰隊的高校基層教學組織新模式。四年來,教學糰隊在學院專業建設、課程建設、師資隊伍建設、教學改革、整體績效的評價和激勵機製建設以及大學生創新實踐能力培養等各箇方麵取得豐碩的成果。
본문개소아원위제고교육교학질량,구건료기우교학단대적고교기층교학조직신모식。사년래,교학단대재학원전업건설、과정건설、사자대오건설、교학개혁、정체적효적평개화격려궤제건설이급대학생창신실천능력배양등각개방면취득봉석적성과。
In order to improve the quality of teaching,our school constructed a new mode of teaching team-based u-niversity basic teaching organization. In the past four years,the teaching team had made a large number of out-standing achievements in many respects,such as specialty construction,curriculum construction,teaching staff construction,teaching reform established overall team performance evaluation and incentive mechanism and the cul-tivation of university studentsˊ creative and innovative abilities.
