针对当前大型电站锅炉风量测量装置测点布置不合理、常规风量装置标定方法人工读数不足等问题,笔者根据锅炉风量标定原理设计了基于LabVIEW的实时在线风量标定系统,阐述了该系统构成和软件模块功能,并在某电厂进行了风量标定试验. 试验结果表明,基于LabVIEW的实时在线风量标定系统解决了风量测量装置常规标定方法不足的问题,提高了试验精确度.
針對噹前大型電站鍋爐風量測量裝置測點佈置不閤理、常規風量裝置標定方法人工讀數不足等問題,筆者根據鍋爐風量標定原理設計瞭基于LabVIEW的實時在線風量標定繫統,闡述瞭該繫統構成和軟件模塊功能,併在某電廠進行瞭風量標定試驗. 試驗結果錶明,基于LabVIEW的實時在線風量標定繫統解決瞭風量測量裝置常規標定方法不足的問題,提高瞭試驗精確度.

Aiming at the problems in large-scale power station, such as unreasonable layout of measurement point of boiler air flow measurement device and insufficient manual reading of conventional air flow calibration, the author designed the real-time online air flow calibration device based on LabVIEW according to the principle of boiler air flow calibration, expounded the system structure and software modular functions, and made the test on air flow cali-bration in a power plant. The result of the test shows that the real-time online air flow calibration device based on LabVIEW overcomes the deficiency of the conventional calibration method and enhances the test accuracy.
