根据我国当前玉米播种机械的现状，为适应玉米播种精密化作业的要求，需要研制一种结构简单、成本低的新型气吸式精密播种机。为此，以垂直圆盘气吸式精密播种机为基础，介绍了一种圆管式玉米免耕精密播种机的结构、工作原理和主要创新特点。该机采用倒挂的圆管结构作为排种器，能有效解决传统圆盘式气吸排种器的缺点，具有质量小、结构简单、操作方便、经济性好及田间通过性好等优点，具有推广和理论价值。

Analysis of the current situation of com planting mechanization in China , in order to adapt to the corn sowing precision work requirements , development of a simple structure need , model of pneumatic precision seeder with low cost . This paper is based on the vertical plate pneumatic precision seeder , introduces the structure of a circular tube type maize no tillage precision seeder , the working principle and the main innovative characteristics .The machine adopts a circular tube structure upside down as a metering device , can effectively solve the traditional disk type air suction seed metering device shortcomings , with the quality of small , simple structure , convenient operation , good economy , the field through the other advantages , has broad application and scientific theory of value .
