工厂供电系统是由电源系统、输电系统和配电系统组成并输送给用电设备的系统，而系统中出现的“晃电”情况不可避免，针对化工企业电网系统发生的“晃电”所造成的影响，提出并改进了供电系统抗“晃电”的措施，起到了提高电网运行质量的作用。
