为解决玉米苗期收膜机卸膜工序复杂、困难的问题,设计出一种新型既捡拾又卸膜的机构,建立了玉米苗期收膜机的三维模型,并应用ADAMS软件进行虚拟样机的仿真,得到该机构的相对和绝对运动轨迹。对苗期地膜进行地膜力学特性试验,测出地膜的撕断力FΔ和延伸率δ,并通过对捡膜齿出土过程的力学分析找出捡膜齿对残膜水平作用力F与残膜捡拾滚筒最大角速度ω之间的关系。同时,以玉米苗期残膜捡拾机为研究对象,设计了玉米苗期残膜捡拾卸膜机构,选取机具的前进速度、入土角度、入土深度为影响因素,以地膜收净率和伤苗率为试验指标进行土槽模拟试验。结果表明:该机设计简单、合理,收膜效率高,能够满足预期的设计要求。

To solve the problem of unloading membrane process during seedling period of corn , designed a new type of collecting and discharging of the membrane .Corn seedling membrane machine 3 d model is set up , and the application of virtual prototype simulation of ADAMS software , getting the relative and absolute motion curve .On seedling mulch film mechanical properties test , to measure the tear strength F△and elongation δof film, and through the analysis of the me-chanical process of picking up membrane teeth unearthed , find out the relative of the residual film collector maximum an-gular velocity of roller ω.Based on the corn seedling remnant film collecting machine as the research object , designing the corn seedling stage discharge residual film collector membrane , I do select the speed of machine ,angle of the grave , the depth of the grave as influencing factors , and have the soil bin simulation text with regarding film net rate and injuring rate as test index .The results prove that the machine has simple and reasonable design , the membrane with high efficien-cy , it can meet the expected design requirements .
