This paper introduces the problems in the cold box of the ammonia plant,analyzes the causes of cold box and the economic analysis,and evaluate the effect of the operation.In order to strengthen the management of the cold box,it is recommended to strengthen the management of the cold box operation,and to optimize the operating conditions of the 10 units by reducing the hydrogen nitrogen ratio of the synthetic loop and optimizing the operation mode.The stability of the former system conditions,improve the operation of workers,reduce the impact on the system.
