服务学习是一种将服务与学习有效结合，沟通理论与实践，培养大学生综合素质的典范教学模式，普遍应用于世界各地高等教育中。然而在我国地方高师院校学前教育专业人才培养中却极少应用服务学习。事实上，无论是从微观层面、中观层面还是宏观层面地方高师院校学前教育专业都有必要开展服务学习。为最大程度地发挥服务学习的教育成效，开展服务学习时应注意三点：深化认识、确立适宜的服务学习项目以及遵循服务学习规范流程。

Service learning is a kind of teaching mode,which combines the theory and practice of service and learning to culti-vate the comprehensive quality of college students.However,it is seldom used in the cultivation of the preschool education teachers in local normal colleges.In fact,whether it is from the micro level,meso level or macro level,local normal colleges are necessary to carry out pre -school education services.In order to maximize the effectiveness of service learning,we should pay attention to three points:deepen the understanding,establish the appropriate service learning projects and follow the stand-ard of service learning.
