目的比较多囊卵巢综合征患者冻融胚胎移植中3种不同内膜准备方案的临床结局. 方法回顾性分析529周期行冻融胚胎移植的多囊卵巢综合征患者临床资料,其中促排卵组(A组)178个周期,人工周期组(B组)175个周期,降调节联合人工周期组(C 组)176个周期. 比较各组患者年龄、不孕年限、体重指数、移植日内膜厚度、移植胚胎数、优质胚胎率、胚胎种植成功率、临床妊娠率的差异.结果 3种用药方案的患者在年龄、不孕年限、体重指数、移植日内膜厚度、移植胚胎数、优质胚胎率上差异均无统计学意义( P>0.05). C组胚胎种植成功率和临床妊娠率均高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而A、B两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05). 结论对于 PCOS 患者,降调节人工周期法是比促排卵法和人工周期法更好的子宫内膜准备方案.

OBJECTIVE To compare the outcomes of frozen-thawed embryos transfer for PCOS patients with 3 methods of preparing endometrium.METHODS A retrospective study of 529 cycles FET for PCOS patients was performed,including 178 cycles of ovulation induction group ( group A) ,175 cycles of artificial endometrium group (group B),and 176 cycles of down-regulation and artificial endometrium group(group C).Age,duration of infertil-ity,body mass index, endometrial thickness on the endometrial transformation day, the number of embryos trans-ferred,high-quality embryo rate, embryo implantation and clinical pregnancy rates of the three groups were com-parised.RESULTS There was no significant difference in age,duration of infertility,body mass index,endometrial thickness on the endometrial transformation day,the number of embryos transferred and high-quality embryo rate a-mong the three groups ( P>0.05).Group C was higher than group A and B in embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate, and the difference was remarkable.But there was no significant difference in group A and B.CONCLUSION For PCOS patients,method of down-regulation and artificial endometrium was the best in the preparation of endometrium.
