建立射流混药器模型函数特性方程,理论分析不同结构参数的射流混药器混药状态下的压力比 h与混药比q的函数关系,对面积比m∈(0.86,12.76)内25种面积比的射流混药器在工作压力范围0.4~1.2MPa内5个工作压力水平下进行在线混药特性试验,分析不同面积比射流混药器的压力比与混药比的变化规律。试验结果表明:射流混药器的h -q特性曲线斜率只与面积比 m 有关,与工作压力无关;不同面积比的射流混药器的压力比h和混药比 q都呈线性递减,小面积比的射流混药器具有小混药比及高压力比的特点。定压力比 h =0.35时,只有面积比m <4.34的射流混药器处于混药工作状态( q >0),其他面积比的射流混药器均处于回流状态( q <0)。面积比 m对射流混药器的混药区间 hj影响显著,面积比m从1.34增大到4.13,混药区间 hj 从0.68衰减到0.35,降幅48.5%。以最大混药比q>0.1、混药区间hj >0.35为设计需求,射流混药器的面积比m范围为1.73~4.13。

The model function characteristic equation of Jet-mixing apparatus was established, As a function of pressure ratiohand mixed ratio qchanges of different structure parameters of jet-mixing apparatus under the mixing condition were discussed by theoretical analysis .25 different area ratio jet-mixing apparatus within the Area ratio m range from 0 .86 to 12.76,were implemented online mixing characteristic test at operating pressure range 0.4~1.2MPa ,5 working pressure levels .The results showed that , the characteristic curve h-q trend related only affaced by the area ratio m ,nothing to do with work pressure .Different jet-mixing apparatus pressure ratio hand mixed ratio qare linearly decreasing .when the pres-sure ratioh =0.35 only area ratio m<4.34,Jet-Mixing apparatus were in mixing condition , other in reflux condition . Area ratiom significantly affected the drug mixed rangehjof jet-mixing apparatus.Area ratiomincreases from 1 .34 to 4.13, the mixed rangehjfrom 0.68 down to 0.35, a decline of 48.5%.Area ratio m in the range of 1.73 to 4.13,satis-fied greatest mixed ratio q>0.1, mixed range hj >0.35,the design requirements of jet-mixing apparatus.
