目的 建立垂盆草颗粒中异鼠李素的HPLC的测定方法 ,为制定该制剂质量标准中定量测定方法 及限度提供依据. 方法 色谱柱:Sun-fire–C18(4.6mm ×150mm,5μm) 流动相:以甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50:50);流速:1.0mL· min -1,检测波长:360nm,柱温:25℃,进样量:10μL.结果 异鼠李素的线性范围为12.39~154.94μg,平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为99.26%、99.33%和99.10%,RSD为0.77%. 结论 该方法 简单、快速、结果 准确,重现性好,为垂盆草颗粒中异鼠李素的测定提供可靠的方法 .

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determing isohamnetin in Stringy Stonecrop Herb Granules by HPLC.METHODS The HPLC method was carried out on Agilent C18 column(4.6mm ×150mm,5μm),The mobile phase was methanol-0.5%phosphate(50:50);The flow rate was 1.0mL· min-1 ,The detection wavelength was at 360nm,The column temperature was set at 25℃,and 10μL injection volumn.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship when isohamnetin were in the range of 12.39 ~154.94μg.The average recoveriy was 99.10%· 34·.RSD were 0.77%.CONCLUSION The method is simple in operation,high in sensitivity and good in reproduc-ibility,and can be used for the determination the isohamnetin in Stringy Stonecrop Herb Granules by HPLC.
