亚麻柔软剂的优劣,直接影响亚麻制品的舒适性。本文针对当前氨基硅油和聚醚硅油在应用中存在的不足,利用本体聚合法,将聚醚、亚氨基基团链接至含氢硅油上,制备出新型有机硅亚麻柔软剂。实验分析了影响合成反应的因素,确定了合成的最佳条件为:合成温度为100℃,合成时间为8h,物料配比为含氢硅油∶双烯丙基聚醚∶N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺=1.5∶1∶1,0.5mg·kg-1的催化剂(氯铂酸异丙醇混合溶液)使用量。合成的新型有机硅亚麻柔软剂,经红外光谱(FTIR)分析、核磁共振谱(H-NMR)分析、热性能(TG-DTA)分析等方法验证,能适合亚麻制品加工的需要。

The quality of the flax softener has a very important influence on the comfort of linen.The article is based on the current problems in the application of amino silicone oil and polyether silicone oil,In the experiment, the noumenon polymeric method was used to synthesize polyether and amino groups to the hydrogen containing sil-icone oil. A new type of flax softener was prepared.The factors affecting the synthesis reaction were analyzed,The optimum conditions for the synthesis were determined:the synthesis temperature is 100℃, the synthesis time is 8h, material ratio is hydrogen-containing silicone oil:double allyl polyether∶N,N-methylene-bis-acrylamide=1.5∶1∶1,0.5mg·kg-1 catalyst.The method was verified by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)analysis, nuclear magnetic reso-nance spectroscopy(H-NMR)analysis and thermal performance(TG-DTA)analysis,the new type of flax softener is suitable for processing of linen.
