本文对3D打印用石膏粉从粒度分布、结晶形态等方面进行了实验分析,并与国外样品进行了比较。确定了应用于3D喷墨打印的石膏粉应为CaSO4·0.5H2O或添加少量CaSO4·2H2O,颗粒粒度及大小分布应适中,颗粒应分散性良好,保证单层铺平和致密,同时具有低吸湿性。

This paper provides a experimental analysis of gypsum powder for printing with the aspects of par-ticle granularity distribution and crystal morphology,etc. Moreover, the paper prepresents that the gypsum powder which is utilized for 3D ink-jet printing should be calcium sulfate hemihydrate or with small amount of calcium sulphate dihydrate. In order to surely pave and densify the single layer and keep its low moisture absorption, the particle granularity and size should be distributed moderately, and the dispersity of particles should be favorable.
