目的 探讨片仔癀( PZH)对干酵母致新西兰兔发热模型的解热抗炎作用. 方法 新西兰兔56 只,雌雄各半,随机分为 7 组:正常对照组、模型组、阿司匹林对照组、小柴胡颗粒剂组、PZH 0.24g· kg-1、0.12g· kg -1、0.06g· kg-1剂量组,观察灌胃给药不同剂量(0.24g· kg -1、0.12g· kg -1、0.06g· kg -1 )的PZH后不同时间点的体温变化,同时观察PZH对兔血清 TNFα、IL-1β、IL-8、白细胞含量的影响. 结果 干酵母所致发热新西兰兔模型中,片仔癀0.24g· kg-1、0.12g· kg-1剂量组与模型组比较体温显著降低(P<0.05);片仔癀0.24g· kg-1、0.12g· kg -1剂量组兔血清 TNFα、IL-1β、IL-8、白细胞含量与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),且片仔癀各给药组兔血清 TNFα、IL-1β、IL-8、白细胞含量的降低与药物呈剂量依赖效应. 结论 片仔癀具有一定的解热抗炎作用,其作用与阿司匹林相当、优于小柴胡颗粒剂.

목적 탐토편자황( PZH)대간효모치신서란토발열모형적해열항염작용. 방법 신서란토56 지,자웅각반,수궤분위 7 조:정상대조조、모형조、아사필림대조조、소시호과립제조、PZH 0.24g· kg-1、0.12g· kg -1、0.06g· kg-1제량조,관찰관위급약불동제량(0.24g· kg -1、0.12g· kg -1、0.06g· kg -1 )적PZH후불동시간점적체온변화,동시관찰PZH대토혈청 TNFα、IL-1β、IL-8、백세포함량적영향. 결과 간효모소치발열신서란토모형중,편자황0.24g· kg-1、0.12g· kg-1제량조여모형조비교체온현저강저(P<0.05);편자황0.24g· kg-1、0.12g· kg -1제량조토혈청 TNFα、IL-1β、IL-8、백세포함량여모형조비교유현저성차이(P<0.05),차편자황각급약조토혈청 TNFα、IL-1β、IL-8、백세포함량적강저여약물정제량의뢰효응. 결론 편자황구유일정적해열항염작용,기작용여아사필림상당、우우소시호과립제.
OBJECTIVE To explore antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of Pien Tze Huang ( PZH) on dry yeastinducedfebrileresponseinrabbits.METHODS 42rabbits(halfmaleandhalffemale)weredividedinto normal group,model group,aspirin group,Xiaocaihu granule group,0.24g· kg-1 dose of PZH group,0.12g· kg-1 dose of PZH group and 0.06g· kg-1 dose of PZH group.The fever model of rabbits was induced by injection of dry yeast to observe the effect of antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of PZH.Tempretures of different time were ob-served after administrating PZH (0.24g· kg -1,0.12g· kg -1 and 0.06g· kg -1).At the same time,the effect of PZH on levels of TNFα,IL-1β,IL-8 and leukocyte were determined.RESULTS Compared with model group,Xiao-caihu granule group,0.24g· kg-1 dose of PZH group,0.12g· kg -1 dose of PZH group and 0.06g· kg-1 dose of PZH group obviously decrease the tempreture ( P <0.05 ) , moreover the effect of PZH is in a dose-dependent manner.Meanwhile,Xiaocaihu granule group,0.24g· kg-1 dose of PZH group,0.12g· kg-1 dose of PZH group and 0.06g· kg-1 dose of PZH group inhibited the generation of TNFα,IL-1β,IL-8 and leukocyte,and they were signifi-cant comparing with model group ( P <0.05 ) .The effect of PZH is also in a dose-dependent man-ner.CONCLUSION PZH has antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects,it is similar to aspirin and better than Xiao-caihu granule.
