建立了气相色谱法测定火药中水、乙醇、乙醚含量的方法,样品经萃取剂萃取后,采用热导检测器检测,其质量浓度与峰高呈线型关系,标准方法回收试验,回收率在95.0%~97.5%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.7%~2.3%之间。该法简单、快速、精密度和准确度高、安全无毒,符合火药质量检测的要求,方法可用于火药中水、乙醇和乙醚含量的检测。

The contents of moisture alcohol and ether in propellant were determined by GC with TCD. The sam-ple was extracted with mixture of butanone and sec-butyl alcohol. The linear relationship between values of peak hight and mass concertation of moisture alcohol and ether in propellant were tested.Test for recovery was made by stand method,giving results in range of 95.0%~97.5%.Values of RSD’s (n=6)found were in range of 1.7%~2.3%. Analysis by the Analyzer showed the special features of simple and rapid in operation, high in precision and accura-cy, and good in also safety and non-toxicity to the operator. which accorded with the requirements of the quality of propellant determination, and it can be used for the detection of moisture alcohol and ether in propellant.
