分别采用离子色谱法和离子选择电极放测定污水中氟化物。结果表明,离子色谱法测定污水中氟化物具有较好的准确度,方法的线性范围为0~10.0mg·L-1,检出限为0.024mg·L-1,相对标准偏差为1.9%,加标回收率为96.0%~101.0%。与离子选择电极法相比,具有结果稳定性好、不需加入化学试剂等特点,适合环境检测中水中氟化物的快速检测。

Two methods, including ion chromatography and ion selective electrode, were used to determine floride in wastewater samples. The results indicated that ion chromatography has better accuracy. The linear range was 0~10.0mg·L-1, and the detect limit was 0.024mg·L-1. The relative standard deviation (RSD)was 1.9% with 96.0~101.0%recovery. Compared with ion selective electrode, ion chromatography has stable results and needs no chemical reagents. The proposed method was successfully applied to the rapid determination of floride in wastewa-ter samples for environmental analysis.
