为探索杂交棉的最佳施钾水平,以转基因杂交棉新品种邯6402为试验材料,棉花播种前底施过磷酸钙360 kg/hm2和尿素150 kg/hm2,试验设钾肥施用量120、180、240和300 kg/hm2计4个处理,播种前基施和花铃期追施各50豫,以不施钾肥为对照处理(CK),在留苗密度均为42000株/hm2条件下,分析了不同施钾量对杂交棉红叶茎枯病及产量的影响。结果表明:施用钾肥处理的杂交棉红叶茎枯病发病率显著约CK,单位面积总铃数、单铃重和产量均显著跃CK,其中施钾量为300 kg/hm2时效果最佳,施钾量为240 kg/hm2时次之,二者指标差异均不显著。从经济角度考虑,邯6402适宜施钾量为240 kg/hm2,该处理下棉花红叶茎枯病发病程度低且产量高,避免了钾肥的浪费,经济效益最好。

In order to explore the optimum potassium level of hybrid cotton,using transgenic hybrid cot-ton variety Han 6402 as test material,application of calcium superphosphate 360 kg/hm2 and urea 150 kg/hm2 as base fertilizer before sowing,the application rate of potassium fertilizer were 0 (CK),120,180,240 and 300 kg/hm2, which were applied before sowing and topdressed during the blooming period and each accounted for 50%,then the effect of different amount of potassium fertilizer on red leaf blight and yield of hybrid cotton were analyzed in the condition of 42 000 strains/hm2 (optimum planting density). The results showed that applied potassium fertilizer the incidence rate of red leaf blight was significantly lower than that of CK, the total boll number per area, boll weight and the yield were all significantly higher than that of CK,the effect was the best when the amount of potassium was 300 kg/hm2,then 240 kg/hm2, the difference between them was not significant.From the aspect of economy, the suitable potassium fertilizer of Han 6402 was 240 kg/hm2.
