Culture is the blood of a national survival and development,culture and education in Xinjiang minority area influ-ences the development and the future trend of the region.In this paper,from the perspective of cultural,analysis on the impor-tance and inevitability and urgency of cultural education in Xinjiang minority regions,it will put forward countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening cultural construction of ethnic minority areas.
