以实现机械采摘桑叶为目的，设计一款能自动实现桑叶采摘的往复式桑叶采摘机。桑叶采摘机包括往复式桑叶采摘装置、桑枝定位装置和行走装置。为了使桑叶采摘机能够准确地完成桑枝定位、顺利地进行桑叶采摘，桑枝定位装置对桑枝进行定位，行走装置带动桑叶采摘机运动至工作位置，之后由往复式桑叶采摘装置进行桑叶采摘。通过查阅文献和调查，确定桑树的生长情况，结合往复式桑叶采摘机的运动进行机械采摘桑叶的效益分析，得到机械采桑效率为422．4kg／h，采摘6．67hm2桑园所需费用为2093元。

With the purpose of picking mulberry leaves mechanically , a reciprocating picking machine which can pick mulberry leaves automatically was designed .In order to locate ramulus moris ’ positioning accurately and pick mulberry leaves smoothly , the reciprocating picking device , the ramulus mori locating device and the walking device formed a re-ciprocating picking machine .The ramulus mori locating device located ramulus moris , the walking device drove the mul-berry leaf picking machine movement to work position , and then mulberry leaves were picked by the reciprocating picking device .The growth of mulberry was understood by literature and investigation , analyzed the efficiency and benefit of picking mulberry leaves by machine .The efficiency of picking mulberry leaves by machine was 422.4kg/h, the cost of picking 100 mu of mulberry field was 2093 Yuan.It has been provide the theoretical reference for picking mulberry leav-es mechanically .
