针对我国东北地区玉米作物种植前需要将根茬粉碎还田,现有耕整机灭茬刀辊仅能灭茬不能起垄等问题,设计开发了灭茬起垄机。该机采用在螺旋形刀盘上安装刀片的螺旋形刀辊,可以实现灭茬起垄作业同时完成。主要采用CATIA V 5软件,对灭茬起垄机的螺旋形刀辊的螺旋板刀盘进行三维建模,详细介绍了其建模过程及使用CATIA 软件的优点,在缩短产品的生产周期、提高产品质量、降低产品成本方面具有指导意义。田间试验结果表明:机具作业质量符合农艺要求,结构设计合理,为东北地区玉米根茬粉碎还田及起垄播种玉米提供了技术支持。

Northeast China before the corn crop is grown in China need to root returning stubble crushing , existing tillage machine roller can only stubble stubble cleaning the knife, not ridging, stubble ridging machine was designed and developed.Installed on the machine USES the spiral cutter blade spiral knife roller , depending on whether the device can realize stubble ridging homework done at the same time .CATIA V5 software , this article USES the stubble ridging machine spiral knife roller screw BanDao plate with 3 d modeling , detailed introduced the modeling process and the ad-vantages of using CATIA software , in a shortened the production cycle , improve product quality and reduced has the guiding significance to the low cost of products .The field experiment results show that the machine operating quality con-forms to the agronomic requirements ,machine structure design is reasonable , the returning of the northeast corn root crop crushing , ridging planting corn provides the technical support .
