随着高等职业教育的快速发展，高职院校学生社团蓬勃发展，成为大学生素质教育的重要平台，具有思想政治教育、职业角色锻炼的育人功能。但由于高职院校学生社团起步晚，建设经验不足，存在发展不均衡、管理不规范、稳定性较低、保障不足等诸多问题。高职院校应该认真研究学生社团发展规律，把握方向，构建科学管理格局，完善保障制度，加强社团自身建设。
隨著高等職業教育的快速髮展，高職院校學生社糰蓬勃髮展，成為大學生素質教育的重要平檯，具有思想政治教育、職業角色鍛煉的育人功能。但由于高職院校學生社糰起步晚，建設經驗不足，存在髮展不均衡、管理不規範、穩定性較低、保障不足等諸多問題。高職院校應該認真研究學生社糰髮展規律，把握方嚮，構建科學管理格跼，完善保障製度，加彊社糰自身建設。
수착고등직업교육적쾌속발전，고직원교학생사단봉발발전，성위대학생소질교육적중요평태，구유사상정치교육、직업각색단련적육인공능。단유우고직원교학생사단기보만，건설경험불족，존재발전불균형、관리불규범、은정성교저、보장불족등제다문제。고직원교응해인진연구학생사단발전규률，파악방향，구건과학관리격국，완선보장제도，가강사단자신건설。
With the rapid development of higher vocational education,college student association in higher vocational colleges has been flouring,which is the important platform of college students quality education and play an important role in ideological and political education and professional role practicing.However,due to late development and insufficient construction experi-ence,there exist unbalanced development,irregular management,low stability,inadequate guarantee and so on.Higher voca-tional colleges should study development rules,guide the correct direction,build scientific management pattern,better guaran-tee system and strengthen self -constriction.
