我们选择不同种类的有机羧酸,依次制备有机羧酸酰胺类化合物、有机羧酸三乙醇胺盐。配置0.5%的水溶液,通过单片防锈测试法测定其水溶液防锈性能。实验结果表明,有机羧酸三乙醇胺盐的防锈性能优于酰胺类化合物,化合物中极性化学键越多,防锈性能越好。
我們選擇不同種類的有機羧痠,依次製備有機羧痠酰胺類化閤物、有機羧痠三乙醇胺鹽。配置0.5%的水溶液,通過單片防鏽測試法測定其水溶液防鏽性能。實驗結果錶明,有機羧痠三乙醇胺鹽的防鏽性能優于酰胺類化閤物,化閤物中極性化學鍵越多,防鏽性能越好。

We synthesized Carboxylic acid amides and acid ethanol amine salt using different kinds of organic carboxylic acids. By testing cast iron of 0.5% aqueous solution,we received the differents rust resistance. It was found that the acid ethanol amine salt better than carboxylic acid amides. The rust-inhibiting property became better with the increase of the number of polar groups.
