以外包覆聚合物水泥聚苯颗粒为轻质骨料、聚合物水泥为成型剂制备了轻质水泥基仿瓷砖。测试了水泥包覆聚苯颗粒松芯颗粒、轻质基体及仿瓷砖饰面的性能。结果表明,松芯颗粒密度为0.838g·cm-3(泡沫∶水泥=1∶0.8)的轻质基料与水泥按2∶1的质量比制备的基体,其抗压强度为5.5MPa,均优于瓷质砖相关国家标准,具有使用价值。
以外包覆聚閤物水泥聚苯顆粒為輕質骨料、聚閤物水泥為成型劑製備瞭輕質水泥基倣瓷磚。測試瞭水泥包覆聚苯顆粒鬆芯顆粒、輕質基體及倣瓷磚飾麵的性能。結果錶明,鬆芯顆粒密度為0.838g·cm-3(泡沫∶水泥=1∶0.8)的輕質基料與水泥按2∶1的質量比製備的基體,其抗壓彊度為5.5MPa,均優于瓷質磚相關國傢標準,具有使用價值。

The light weight cement based imitation ceramic tile was prepared by the coating of the polymer cement and the polymer cement as the lightweight aggregate and the polymer cement. The properties of the cement coated polystyrene particles, light weight matrix and imitation ceramic tile were tested. The results show that by 2∶1 mass ratio was prepared matrix of the loose core particle density 0.838g·cm3 (foam cement =1∶0.8)light base material and cement, the compressive strength is 5.5 MPa, are up to the relevant national standards of ceram-ic tile, has the use value.
