目的：：对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者进行系统的道家认知治疗，提高患者的持续正压通气( CPAP)治疗依从性。方法：将97例患者随机分为健康教育组47例和道家认知治疗组50例，于治疗前、治疗12周分别评定Epworth嗜睡量表( Ess)、呼吸暂停低通气指数( AHI)、最低氧饱和度( LAOS)。同时评估CPAP治疗依从性。结果：道家认知治疗组患者使用CPAP的依从性为74.5％，高于健康教育组的54.8％(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前Ess、AHI和LAOS评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。道家认知治疗组治疗后Ess和AHI评分均明显低于健康教育组，而LAOS评分显著高于健康教育组(P<0.01)。结论：道家认知治疗可以显著提高阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者CPAP治疗依从性。

목적：：대조새성수면호흡잠정종합정환자진행계통적도가인지치료，제고환자적지속정압통기( CPAP)치료의종성。방법：장97례환자수궤분위건강교육조47례화도가인지치료조50례，우치료전、치료12주분별평정Epworth기수량표( Ess)、호흡잠정저통기지수( AHI)、최저양포화도( LAOS)。동시평고CPAP치료의종성。결과：도가인지치료조환자사용CPAP적의종성위74.5％，고우건강교육조적54.8％(P<0.05)。2조환자치료전Ess、AHI화LAOS평분차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。도가인지치료조치료후Ess화AHI평분균명현저우건강교육조，이LAOS평분현저고우건강교육조(P<0.01)。결론：도가인지치료가이현저제고조새성수면호흡잠정종합정환자CPAP치료의종성。
Objective:To explore the effects of Chinese Taoist cognitive psychotherapy on the compliance of continuous positive airway pressure( CPAP) therapy in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome( OSAS) . Methods:Ninety-seven patients with OSAS were divided into the health education group(47 cases) and the Chinese Taoist cognitive psychotherapy group(50 cases). The Epworth sleep scale( ESS) ,apnea hyponea index( AHI) and low arterial oxygen saturation( LAOS) were detected before treatment and after 12 weeks of treatment. The treatment compliance of CPAP was evaluated. Results:The treatment compliance of CPAP in Chinese Taoist cognitive psychotherapygroupwas74.5%,whichwashigherthanthatinhealtheducationgroup(54.8%)(P<0.05).Thedifferencesofthe scores of ESS,AHI and LAOS before treatment in two groups were not statistically significant(P>0. 05). The scores of ESS and AHI in Chinese Taoist cognitive psychotherapy group were significantly lower than those in health education group,but the score of LAOS in Chinese Taoist cognitive psychotherapy group was significantly higher than that in health education group(P<0. 01). Conclusions:The Chinese Taoist cognitive psychotherapy can significantly improve the compliance of continuous positive airway pressure therapy in patients with OSAS.
