目的 建立ICP-MS法同时测定胶囊用明胶中铬、铜、砷、镉、铅5种有害元素含量的方法 ,并评定该方法 的测量不确定度. 方法 用硝酸微波消解样品,ICP-MS同时检测胶囊用明胶中5种有害元素的含量.并通过数学模型,计算方法 的不确定度.结果 5种元素的方法 检出限分别为0.075、0.141、0.039、0.013、0.099ng· mL -1,、线性关系良好(r>0.9995),回收率为95% ~105%,RSD小于10%,并提出了元素的测量不确定度评定程序. 结论 本方法 灵敏、准确、便捷,可同时测定胶囊用明胶中5种有害元素. 且ICP-MS的稳定性是测量准确性的关键.

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of hazard elements such as Cr,Cu,As,Cd and Pb in Gelatin for Capsules by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Evaluation of measure-ment uncertainty of the method.METHODS The samples were digested by nitric acid and microwave,and five haz-ard elements were determined by ICP-MS simultaneously.Calculation the uncertainty of the method by mathematical model.RESULTS The detection limit ranges of 5 hazard elements were 0.075,0.039,0.099ng· mL-1 ,the meth-od had good linear correlation( r>0.9995) ,and the average recoveries were in the range of 95%~105%with RSD less than 10%.Put forward the evaluation program of detection uncertainty.CONCLUSION This method is sensi-tive,accurate,convenient,and can be used to analyse the 5 elements in Gelatin For Capsules.The stability of the ICP-MS is the key to the measurement accuracy.
