随着时代的发展,培训“成长型”幼儿教师已经成为目前西部地区农村幼儿教师职后培训的根本目的所在。而幼儿教师专业成长力正是推动幼儿教师专业可持续成长的源生力量,专业成长力的培育标志着教师专业层面的不断发展,是“成长型”教师的典型特征,因此在今后的西部地区农村幼儿教师职后培训当中,应将专业成长力的培育放在首位,在培训理念上以“专业化为导向,成长型为目标”、在培训意图上“激发专业成长欲望,推动专业可持续成长”,在培训模式上“专业为先,以人为本”;并且在实践层面,应当健全教师法律法规、保障教师培训权益,加强专业成长氛围、营造“高关注”的培训环境,完善培训管理与制度建设、建立培训后续跟踪与质量监督制度,关注教师培训需求、开展分层分类培训,强化教师专业成长理念、深化培训参与意识等。

With the development of time,training "growth"preschool teachers have become the fundamental purpose of the current rural preschool teacher training in the western region.The preschool teacher professional growth potential is the promo-tion of sustainable growth preschool teachers.It is the standard with the continuous development of teachers'professional level and characteristics of teachers.So in teachers training of future in rural areas,we should foster professional growth forces in the first place,promote the training concept of "professional -oriented growth as the goal","the training intention ","desire to stimulate professional growth and promote professional sustainable growth "in the training mode"professional first,people -o-riented ".And we should also improve teachers laws and regulations to protect the teacher training interests,enhance profes-sional growth environment to create a"high concern "in the training environment,improve training management and institution building and establish follow -up training and quality supervision system.Concerned teacher training needs to carry out hierar-chical classification training,strengthen the concept of teachers'professional growth and deepen awareness training participa-tion.
