培养适应知识经济发展、具有协同创新能力的学生是高校人才培养的重要任务,备受国内外高等教育界关注。相关研究涉及议题广泛,其研究方法的系统性、议题的聚焦程度都有待提升。有针对性地提高中国高校人才培养质量,需要从“内部—外部”和“个体—组织”两个维度厘清高校学生整体协同创新能力的时代内涵,从资源整合、机制创新、文化革新三个方面构建学生整体协同创新能力培养路径。
培養適應知識經濟髮展、具有協同創新能力的學生是高校人纔培養的重要任務,備受國內外高等教育界關註。相關研究涉及議題廣汎,其研究方法的繫統性、議題的聚焦程度都有待提升。有針對性地提高中國高校人纔培養質量,需要從“內部—外部”和“箇體—組織”兩箇維度釐清高校學生整體協同創新能力的時代內涵,從資源整閤、機製創新、文化革新三箇方麵構建學生整體協同創新能力培養路徑。

To cultivate the talents adapting to the development of knowledge economy and having the collabora-tive innovation ability has become the important task for the talents training in the universities and colleges,which has attracted much attention by the higher education at home and abroad. With plentiful related research subject, the systematicness of the research method,and the focusing degree of the topic should be improved. In view of pro-moting the talents cultivation of higher education in China,from the two perspectives of internal to external,indi-vidual to the organization to clarify the connotation of the overall-collaborative innovation ability for students in uni-versities,the ways to cultivate overall- collaborative innovation ability are constructed from the integration of re-sources,mechanism innovation and culture innovation.
