以茂名油页岩灰渣为原料，采用酸溶碱溶二步法制备白炭黑，考察了乙酸乙酯的用量、分散剂的种类、分散剂的加入量、反应的温度等因素，对白炭黑粒度的影响。结果表明，当乙酸乙酯加入量为3mL·g-1；采用PEG-6000分散剂，添加量为3.5%；反应温度40℃时，白炭黑的粒径最小为54nm。

Nano-silica was prepared by acid-alkaline two steps using the oil shale ash as the raw material. The effect of parameters on the size of nano-silica were discussed including acetic ether quantity, species and dosage of dispersant agent, reaction temperature. And the results showed that when 3mL·g-1 acetic ether, 3.5%(W/W)PEG-6000 were added to silica liquid at 40℃, the particle size of silica was smallest and the size was 54nm.
