Psoralea corylifolia L.%antioxidant%antitumor
目的:研究补骨脂成分的抗氧化和抗肿瘤活性。方法:运用多种柱色谱等现代分离手段对补骨脂甲醇浸膏进行分离,利用磁共振技术和电喷雾电离质谱鉴定化合物的结构,并评价化合物的抗氧化和抗肿瘤活性。结果:分离出11个化合物,鉴定为:①补骨脂素,②异补骨脂素,③补骨脂定,④补骨脂苷,⑤异补骨脂苷,⑥双补骨脂酚A,⑦双补骨脂酚B,⑧12,13-二氢-12,13-环氧补骨树脂酚;⑨补骨脂宁,⑩异补骨脂二氢黄酮,?补骨脂二氢黄酮甲醚。化合物③,⑥,⑦具有清除1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基的能力;③,⑨~?对肝癌HepG2细胞和乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞具有抗增殖作用,⑦对肝癌HepG2细胞有一定抗增殖作用。结论:化合物③,⑥,⑦具有一定的抗氧化活性;③,⑦,⑨~?具有一定的抗肿瘤活性。

목적:연구보골지성분적항양화화항종류활성。방법:운용다충주색보등현대분리수단대보골지갑순침고진행분리,이용자공진기술화전분무전리질보감정화합물적결구,병평개화합물적항양화화항종류활성。결과:분리출11개화합물,감정위:①보골지소,②이보골지소,③보골지정,④보골지감,⑤이보골지감,⑥쌍보골지분A,⑦쌍보골지분B,⑧12,13-이경-12,13-배양보골수지분;⑨보골지저,⑩이보골지이경황동,?보골지이경황동갑미。화합물③,⑥,⑦구유청제1,1-이분기-2-삼초기분정자유기적능력;③,⑨~?대간암HepG2세포화유선암MDA-MB-231세포구유항증식작용,⑦대간암HepG2세포유일정항증식작용。결론:화합물③,⑥,⑦구유일정적항양화활성;③,⑦,⑨~?구유일정적항종류활성。
Objective:To screen the anti-oxidative and antitumor compounds from Psoralea corylifolia L. seeds. Methods:The methanol extract of Psoralea corylifolia L. was separated by a variety of column chromatography and the modern separation methods,the compounds were identified by nuclear magnetic resonance and electrospray ionization-mass spectrum. Results:Eleven compounds were obtained and identified as ① psoralen,② isopsoralen,③ psoralidin,④ psoralenoside,⑤ isopsoralenoside;⑥ bisbakuchiols A,⑦bisbakuchiols B,⑧ 12,13- dihydro- 12,⑨13-epoxybabakuchiol;corylin,⑩ isobavachin,? and bavachinin. Compounds ③,⑥,⑦shown scavenging effect to the 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical;compounds ③,⑨-? displayed the antiproliferation effect to the liver cancer HepG2 and breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells,compounds⑦displayed the antiproliferation effect to the liver cancer HepG2 cells. Conclusions:Compounds ③,⑥,⑦ shown antioxidant activity;compounds ③,⑦,⑨ -? shown antitumor activity.
