针对煤矿井下防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车运行过程中出现的制动系统故障问题,进行了故障分析,主要问题是液压油的清洁度差造成了制动系统关键部件失效,通过功能分析,将原结构改进为气顶油结构,通过试验验证,车辆制动效果良好,能够满足运行安全要求,彻底消除了安全隐患。
