目的:研究各牙位无阻力托槽与传统国产托槽,在矩形不锈钢方丝上滑动的摩擦力大小,分析托槽与弓丝之间摩擦力的影响。方法选用无阻力托槽及临床常用的国产金属直丝托槽作为研究对象,其中国产直丝托槽为对照组,无阻力托槽为研究组。利用摩擦力测试仪检测托槽与金属弓丝在不锈钢丝结扎下的最大静摩擦力。结果无阻力托槽与不锈钢方丝的最大静摩擦力明显小于传统国产托槽,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无阻力托槽独特构造,在正畸治疗中可摩擦力低。

Objective To research the maximum static frictional force between the no-resistance bracket and conventional bracket.MethodsSelected the no-resistance brackets and conventional brackets as the research object, by conventional brackets as control group, used the friction tester to detect the maximum static friction.ResultsThe maximum static friction for the no-resistance bracket signifi cantly less than the conventional bracket,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe no-resistance bracket has unique structure,so it can provide low friction in the orthodontic treatment.
