目的：提高妇科腹腔镜手术期间的护理工作，并观察妇科腹腔镜术后并发症的发生情况。方法选取本院2013年4月至2014年4月妇科收治行腹腔镜手术患者34例作为研究对象，在患者手术期间均给予综合性的护理干预，观察所有患者术后并发症发生情况。结果34例患者术后并发症发生率25.00%（8/32），其中穿刺孔出血2例、呼吸道感染4例、背酸、背痛、腹胀2例。8例并发症患者在接受综合性护理干预后均痊愈出院。结论在妇科腹腔镜手术期间实施综合性护理干预，可以有效的降低术后并发症的发生和恢复，值得临床推广和借鉴。

목적：제고부과복강경수술기간적호리공작，병관찰부과복강경술후병발증적발생정황。방법선취본원2013년4월지2014년4월부과수치행복강경수술환자34례작위연구대상，재환자수술기간균급여종합성적호리간예，관찰소유환자술후병발증발생정황。결과34례환자술후병발증발생솔25.00%（8/32），기중천자공출혈2례、호흡도감염4례、배산、배통、복창2례。8례병발증환자재접수종합성호리간예후균전유출원。결론재부과복강경수술기간실시종합성호리간예，가이유효적강저술후병발증적발생화회복，치득림상추엄화차감。
Objective: To improve the nursing work during gynecological laparoscopic operation, and to observe the occurrence of postoperative complications. Methods: 34 cases of laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2013 were selected as the research object, and the patients were given comprehensive nursing intervention during the operation, and the postoperative complications were observed.Results: The postoperative complication rate was 25% (8/32) in 34 patients, including 2 cases of puncture hole bleeding, 4 cases of respiratory tract infection, 2 cases of back pain, back pain, abdominal distension. 8 patients with complications were cured and discharged after receiving comprehensive nursing intervention. Conclusion: The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in the gynecological laparoscopic operation can effectively reduce the occurrence and recovery of postoperative complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
